First of all In order to register on the website of the Company and to become the Investor, the person must be at least 18 years old at the moment of the registration. The user automatically receives the status of the Investor immediately after registration on the website and accepting all the Terms & Conditions. If the user disagrees with any rules of this agreement or if they have any doubts on certain items - the registration should be terminated.

All financial transactions carried out through the Company's website, are confidential and are not disclosed to third parties. The Investor has an opportunity to carry out financial transactions and to use other services of the Company only after registration on the website.

Illegal activity

This Agreement is a public agreement by and between gettrade.info Company’sClients. This agreement regulates all matters concerning cooperation, collaboration and business relationships that arise and/or may arise between the Company and the Client either during provision of services by the Company to the Client or under this Agreement and other legal provisions if they are in full compliance with this Agreement. Members of our site are not allowed to gain referrals by enticing them with gifts/rewards/any other incentives other than that mentioned in our site.

The Rights &liabilityOf the Company

The Company undertakes to use funds from investors for its intended purpose and to conduct real activity on the Forex market. The company guarantees the safety of the Investor's funds and undertakes to perform deposit and withdrawal of profit timely. The company is not responsible for any technical malfunctions of electronic payment systems. Financial transactions that are associated with deposit and withdrawal of funds to the account of electronic payment systems are irreversible and final.

The company shall not be personally liable for incorrectly executed transactions with monetary funds and for incorrectly issued financial account. The company is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of personal information that has been provided by the Investor.

Obligations of the Investor’s

The investor, while filling in the registration form, is personally responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The Investor is obliged to review each transaction on their financial account. In case of detecting any inaccuracies or discrepancies, the Investor can seek help from support services.

All services provided by the Company, shall be used by the Investor only in order to conduct investment activities. The investor consents to the processing of personal information in accordance with the provisions stated in the legislation.

Risk Exposure

The company minimizes the risks that may arise during the conduct of activities in the currency market. In addition, there are risks which are related to the use of an Internet-based deal execution trading system and include risks connected with possible hardware or software failures.

Refund Policy

All refund requests are carefully reviewed if they are made in a timely manner and in accordance with this agreement and the rules.

The Company reserves the right to reject any refund request not supported with evidence, based on a decision of the technical department, and in accordance with this agreement.

Any unresolved complaints or disputes between you and TurnOption shall be filed to and resolved by a competent court. If any provision of these Terms of Use is ruled invalid by a competent court, the invalidity of such a provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. If you make a dispute, Charge back or reverse transactions on your purchases, your account will be suspended immediately.

Use of site

Don't post bad vote on Public Forums and at Gold Rating Site without contacting the administrator of our program... Maybe there was a technical problem with your transaction, so please always clear the thing with the administrator. We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of Use in this program. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the program.

Privacy policy

TurnOptiondoes not provide any data on commercial, financial or any other activities of its clients to any financial, supervisory or tax authorities, regardless of the circumstances. The following are exceptions:
